Our mission

MidGard Charity Foundation was founded in 2016.

The main purpose of the foundation is to carry out charitable activities in the interests of society and certain categories of persons through the attraction of funds from legal entities and individuals for the implementation and implementation of the objects of the Foundation and the fulfillment of statutory tasks of carrying out charitable activities for the benefit of certain categories of persons, namely, carrying out activities addressed to:

assistance to fighters who received, take part in hostilities;
assistance to forced migrants;
rehabilitation of combatants, disabled people and injured civilians as a result of hostilities;
providing assistance to orphans and children with disabilities;

We visited the boys and girls in the Zaporizhia region!. As always, they delivered several simply gorgeous "toys" for the guys from the air reconnaissance! They also gave gifts from people from the villages of Bozhikivtsi, Nizhne, Teperivka, for which I sincerely thank the elders and people of these settlements !!!) Thank you Derazhnyan City Council for helping with the trip and Andriy Kovpak personally 🤝

And of course, as part of the "Parcel to the Defender" action, students of Bozhikovetskyi, Manykovetskyi, Yablunivskyi, Voloskivskyi lyceums, as well as Derazhnyansky Lyceum #3 named after Hero of Ukraine Ivan Zubkov was handed over parcels to our defenders. Thank you to every student and teacher-organizers for creating a wonderful campaign, we have already received a video thank you from the fighters!) you are mega cool!!! Together to Victory!

Each of us is in difficult life conditions and situations, only some are in the trenches, and others..., but right now you can ask yourself the question "Who am I" ???. Therefore, do not be indifferent to the requests of those who protect you, often awake, clutching weapons with cold hands, defending you and me from a fierce enemy. It is from these boys and girls that our safe presence far in the rear depends. Help as much as you can, because this is not only their war, but ours!

Thanks to Oleksandr Gavrylyuk, at the request of one of the Khmelnytskyi combat units, we bought 30 professional sapper and bayonet shovels TM "Fiskars", we know that this tool will be useful to you! 🤝

With the aim of popularizing American sports in Ukraine, the "MidGard" charitable foundation, headed by Vitalya Kucher, with the support of the city council, organized a sports festival in Derazhnya, in the sports hall of the Derazhnyan Lyceum No. 3 named after the Hero of Ukraine Ivan Zubkov. Eighth-grade students from community schools took part in the competition. Schoolchildren were instructed and competitions were conducted by certified coaches of the Sport Ministry NGO.

All participants received certificates and sweet gifts from the city council, each school received a ball from the MidGard charitable foundation.

There was another trip to our soldiers, Kherson Oblast!

Brought the boys some "toys" they needed to beat the enemy more easily! Thanks to the residents of the village. Thank you for the delicious pastries, as well as to everyone who joined this trip: Ruslan Dudnik, Dmytro Humenyuk, Max Khodakivsky, Mykhailo Dzaman, Vitaly Antoshchyshyn.

Today, 10.10.23 was invited to the organizational meeting of the LEADER student self-government. The students came up with a cool promotion called "Parcel to the Defender". The point is that one of the schools collects the package and with the help of our fund we deliver it to the military on the front lines with feedback from them! Once again, I am convinced that we have a worthy, patriotic youth! Thanks to parents, organizers for raising such cool children!

The other day, military personnel from Khmelnytskyi received another technical assistance, which will serve to protect and return our legal territories. Thus, the first deputy head of the OVA Sergii Tyurin together with volunteers handed over a Volkswagen Transporter four-wheel drive minibus and a quadcopter to the fighters DJI Mavic 3T.

“Every day we try to support our Armed Forces, because every small or large contribution to defense capability brings victory closer. Therefore, thanks to the unity, cooperation and communication between the authorities, the military and volunteers, such support will come as much as it is needed," Serhiy Tyurin emphasized.

Another powerful support for our special forces!

Today, the first deputy head of the Khmelnytskyi Military Administration, Serhiy Tyurin, together with the mayor of Shepetivka Vitaly Buzyl, the mayor of Derazhnya Andriy Kovpak, and volunteer Vitaliy Kucher, handed over to the police special units, which are currently fighting in the hottest spots, two vehicles with increased cross-country ability, as well as this a generator is needed in the field.

Together with the Khmelnytskyi Regional Hospital for War Veterans, represented by Chief Doctor Oksana Bochkareva and the Mayor of Derazhnya City Council Andriy Kovpak, a major overhaul of the shower rooms in the surgical department was carried out. The work lasted two months, first the dismantling was done, after that they replaced the pipes, ventilation, installed new plumbing (sink, toilet), fixed the suspended ceiling and laid new tiles!

We hope that the staff of the institution will work better in comfortable conditions, and the conditions will be more comfortable for defenders and patients.

Another trip to my brothers in the Kherson region!

As usual, in addition to everything else, a car was delivered, which is absolutely necessary for the performance of combat tasks. Many people from our community joined this trip, respect to you and a huge human thank you. The victory is definitely ours!

We would like to personally thank Andriy Kovpak, the mayor of Derazhnianske, who once again shows an example of patriotism and remarkable abilities to organize a common cause. It was precisely our fund that joined the collection of funds for cars at the initiative of the mayor!

By joint efforts, we did something that was very necessary for our community. The implementation of another project gives wonderful, mega-positive emotions 🙂 So!, our primary care center received a brand new physiotherapy room, thanks to the grant received for the "MidGard" Charitable Foundation for the purchase of appropriate equipment and allocated funds from the city budget for repairs + primary care funds , for which couches were purchased = Result. ☝

On my own behalf, I would like to thank the mayor of Derazhnya Andriy Kovpak, Finn. department head Nadiya Kosevich and the director of primary care center Mykhailo Hryhorovych Zatvornitskyi, with you this project became a reality!!! We continue to work. Glory to Ukraine!

A little preface: We have new friends, they are incredible people, charming girls from Transcarpathia, volunteers, founders of the NGO "Volunteers of Uzhhorod". We thank them for their cooperation with BO BF "MidGard" and hope for further cooperation between our organizations!))

So!, in close cooperation with the NGO "Volunteers of Uzhhorod" purchased:

two multifunctional automatic resuscitation beds;
medicines;
disposable syringes;
disposable sterile surgical gowns;
droppers;
dressing gowns;

All this was delivered and transferred to the Khmelnytskyi Regional Hospital of War Veterans, where we were warmly welcomed by the staff and personally by the Chief Physician, Oksana Bochkaryova.

We also did not forget to visit and support the Derazhnyan city center for the provision of social services, fulfilled their request and handed over several wheelchairs and folding steel rollers to people who need it. We hope that our work brings people only good emotions 😊😊😊

The Derazhnya City Council, headed by Andriy Kovpak, together with the Charitable Organization "MidGard Charitable Fund" represented by director Vitaly Kucher, organized a trip to a children's health camp for internally displaced children from the regions of Ukraine most affected by Russian aggression.

Twenty-two children, for twenty-one days, were given the opportunity to rest and recover at the expense of the Charitable Organization "CARITAS-Khmelnytska Ukrainian-Greek-Catholic Church Charitable Foundation".

We express our sincere thanks and thus show our respect for your charitable work, which is extremely necessary, especially now, in wartime. After all, in the conditions of war, children are the most vulnerable category of the population and need attention and support more than others.

We hope that in the picturesque place where the camp is located, with professional specialists, psychological recovery combined with a comfortable and safe stay, will return the children to their normal life, which they lost due to the war, and the summer will be happy and fun for our children.

Almost 3 tons of cargo were delivered to Slovyansk and Kramatorsk to our servicemen from the Khmelnytsky Terrodefense. The trip coincided with Vyshyvanka Day. With the support of the head of the regional military administration, Serhiy Gamalii, residents of Derazhnyan, residents of the Starosty districts, Derazhnyan Dairy Plant LLC, and volunteers, we managed to collect:

200 sets of dry borsch;
stews;
dairy products;
cereals;
canned instant soups;
chocolate and other sweets;
coffee, tea, honey;
masses;
sleepers;
tactical gloves;
thermal imager;
power banks;
mine detector;
uniform, t-shirts and change of clothes;
medicines: hemostatic agents, material for dressings and antipyretics;
sanitary and hygienic assistance (shampoo, soap, etc.)

On the occasion of Vyshyvanka Day, our children from city schools made mini Vyshyvankas with words of support for each soldier.

Medicines and other aid were also delivered to the hospital in Sloviansk, which is on the front line. There, under the care of doctors, wounded military personnel and civilians who suffered as a result of shelling.

A total of 3 tons of cargo was delivered.

I have no words to describe the heroism and resilience of these guys. Many people in the rear should take an example from their strength of spirit and strong belief in victory. I bow my head low before our military. Thanks to them, we can enjoy a cup of coffee, speak our native Ukrainian language and live a relatively peaceful life. These people keep a peaceful sky above us every day at the cost of their lives. They are confident that they will survive and thanked all of us for the help. And we will help accordingly.

I express my sincere gratitude to those who participated in the preparation of borschts, stews and other food products. Your contribution is huge.

I also thank everyone who drove, loaded, packed and helped make this trip happen.

At the request of local volunteers and residents of the Ivankiv community, the foundation collected and transported humanitarian aid. Namely, food products, medicines, clothes, etc. After all, the village Ivankiv was occupied from the first day of the invasion of enemy troops, and the whole community was under occupation for almost a month and a half. They lived without basic means of subsistence, but bravely persevered. Currently, parts of the community still lack some communications, such as: gas and electricity supply, pensions are not being paid, shops are not working.

Thank you to all the caring people who responded to the request for humanitarian aid. You are the best! GLORY TO UKRAINE!
